The GSA schedule for Information Technology Services is an alternative to many agency specific ID/IQ contracts and most closely mirrors commercial buying practices. The GSA Services Contract provides flexible, responsive and high quality technical, engineering and management support to Government organizations. Ordering from the GSA schedule offers additional advantages such as minimal paperwork, less lead time for establishing a procurement and reduced contract administration costs. Orders may also be placed under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). How to Place Orders with HTI Horizons Technology, Inc. will be happy to assist the customer with Statement of Work (SOW) preparation.
